Singing on a worship team — sometimes across several services a weekend — asks a lot of a voice. Catherine (Catie) Sheedy is a Fort Worth voice teacher with a classical foundation (a degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Texas at Arlington) and a real heart for worship music, and she works with singers who want to sing well and sing healthily week after week.
Where this can help
- Vocal health and stamina for singing regularly
- Breath support and healthy technique
- Confidence and tone across contemporary worship styles
- Building a warm-up habit you can use before you sing
Grounded in your goals
Catie's approach is less about a single style and more about you: as she puts it, "tell me more about yourself and how we can fit this into you." Lessons are supportive, encouraging, and tailored — whether you're new to leading or have been singing for years.
A note on songs and charts
Lessons focus on technique and your own voice. The studio doesn't host or reproduce copyrighted lyrics or sheet music — bring your own licensed charts for the songs you're preparing.
